Pensio Property Management was founded by three directors: Gabriel Jeraj (Sales & Partnerships), Adam Morcinek (Lettings), and Hussain Lester (Operations). With backgrounds in property investment, accounting, and IT – and as landlords ourselves – we understand firsthand the challenges property owners face.
Our journey began with managing our own portfolios, where we experienced many of the common frustrations landlords know too well. While most agents are responsive when things are going smoothly – especially when it comes to collecting rent – the true test is how they handle challenges.
